Taste the terroir of Ontario honey
Many honey producers mix all their honey in a big vat for consistency and palatability, but I believe honey is way more fascinating when we keep different varieties, seasons, and locations separate! Here’s a (theoretical) list of honey varietals that may exist in Ontario. Let’s work together to figure out what we’ve got and market it effectively!
