Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
  – We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Forager Bee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
  – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Exchanges:
  – If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different product, please contact us at tauney@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
  – Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
    – Perishable goods such as honey or food items.
    – Personalized or custom-made items.

Damaged or Defective Items:
  – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tauney@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.

Late or Missing Refunds:
  – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tauney@gmail.com
