Participants in Forager Bee’s foraging tours acknowledge that foraging activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, encounters with wildlife, and allergic reactions to plants or insects. By participating in our tours, individuals assume all risks and release Forager Bee and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should follow all instructions provided by the tour guide.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forager Bee and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in foraging tours, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
